Stayed in the 2BR Ocean Front Villa 2001. Villa was a big let down. The private pool is a major downer as it resembled more like a bathtub and was very filthy when we checked in. Plenty of lizard poop and lizard sounds throughout the day. If you can avoid Villa 2001, please do
However, they moved us to another 2BR Villa for the second night and offered our family complimentary 3-course lunch which was fantastic. Key takeaway is, not every villa is of the same quality even though they may be of the same price.

The most satisfying hotel of the entire trip 👍~ Ayana is very large, with 4-5 hotels, 19 restaurants, shopping streets, SPA, transparent beach sightseeing elevator... Two days is not enough to play. If the budget allows, try to stay in a villa. The room is super large, the flower bathtub is very beautiful, and various facilities are VIP. You can enjoy a completely different experience~ I must praise Ayana's app, which is very convenient and has no problem communicating in Chinese. The reason for going to Bali in the future is to soak in Ayana and make up for the missed check-ins~
