For what you pay, it's fine. However, rooms are "tidied" each day, but not really cleaned. No change of linen. We were there 3 nights. Outdoor bathroom is nice, but need mosquito protection, as they were pretty brutal. We had the two storey room. Aircon wasn't great, and the rooms weren't well sealed for air, so much of the aircon escaped. Also, there's a place next door which was pretty noisy, which could be easily heard in the room.
