Azana Boutique Hotel Denpasar

Shockingly, Poor Initial Room, Improved, But Still Lacking Our stay at Azana Boutique Hotel was a mixed experience. The initial room that was assigned was in a deplorable state. Mould was visible in multiple areas, the drain under the faucet was leaking, and the bed linens were visibly dirty. To add to the distress, the room was infested with ants and spider webs, creating an unsanitary and unsettling environment. It was truly shocking that such a room was offered to guests. Thankfully, the staff were responsive to our complaints and promptly moved us to a significantly better room the following day. However, the initial experience left a lasting negative impression on our stay. The Superior King Room, even after the upgrade, lacked essential amenities like a refrigerator, safe, and microwave. The absence of an ice machine on the premises was also inconvenient. Furthermore, the lobby restroom was consistently unclean. The floors were always wet, likely due to inadequate cleaning procedures, creating a hazardous and unhygienic environment for guests. Overall: While the upgraded room was a considerable improvement, the initial room was unacceptable, and the lack of basic amenities in the Superior King Room were significant drawbacks. Recommendation: I strongly advise potential guests to inquire in detail about room conditions and amenities before booking at Azana Boutique Hotel. I hope this more detailed review is helpful!

Hotel is run down (looks like it wasn’t well maintained), but its clean at least. Also there was no in room fridge and safe although the pictures showed that there was. Plus the towels and bedsheets and pillow cases had stains and dust on them.

Overall, the hotel offers good value for the price! The downsides were that the room we stayed in didn't have a freezer and was somewhat noisy, but it wasn't a big issue for us. The staff were friendly and helpful!

Great cooled and comfortable room. Thanks to the staff who provided extra blanket and hairdryer. Situated in main road location.

Very friendly, clean, great breakfast buffet, infinity pool and flora on grounds - very welcoming - cafe and ATM across the street - we even found a Vegan Shop just up the way! Pleasant Journeys!

Saya tipikal yg jarang bgt mau share hal2 gini, tp menurut saya ini hotel perlu feedback bgt. The staff not friendly, maybe need to smile , there are several issue they even not say “sorry” , pas check in baru masuk kamar, toiletnya bau pesing bgt , saya info dan responnya hanya blg “ oh saya semprot” pdhl ini bau pesing yg lantainya harusnya disikat atau apa gt, akhirnya saya dipindah ke kamar baru , 202, toilet tidak bau, tp lantainya licin dan kotor 😭 dan even di toiletnya masi ada yellow stain yg g disikat dgn bener. Info kalau kulkasnya kotor icenya numpuk bgt sampe leaking ke lantai, sdb eror g bisa di pakai. Huhu pdhl sblm mindahin kamar g bisa gt dipastiin semuanya ok? Sdh info saya balik dr keluar sdb masi error :( kulkas sdh dibersihin. Mlmnya hujan dan leaking dr ceiling 😭😭 sampe netes2 pas tidur. Dr kamar byk bgt peernya kotor dan defect. Paginya saya info saya fotoin even tidak ada minta maaf sekalipun pdhl dr awal saya check in sampai check worst bgt. Saya kira golden tulip punya sesuatu at least di service atau dkamar tp both failed! Stay or recommended ? Answer NO! The positive things menurut saya yg helpful cm security didepan yg respon bantu nyebrang. Sarapan juga sorry :( they also not welcome us. saya rasa staff perlu untuk train lg welcome tamu, say thank you, handle guest concerned or just small things “ SMILE” !
