Great property to relax and enjoy Bali. Our room included few of the in house free amenities to enjoy. Great hospitality and service.

The service and staff were fantastic. I was very impressed with the hotel inclusions, the helpfulness of the staff, the cleanliness of the rooms and resort. The 3 pools were idyllic, the gardens were immaculate. The food was fantastic. I was very impressed with the staff of the resort as I was not well and they took me to a Drs clinic bought me back to the resort and all the staff kept asking me how I was feeling and if I needed anything. They couldn't help me enough. I will definitely return to stay here again. One of my favourite places to stay. Highly recommend.

The facilities are old, the sanitation is average, the environment of the hotel is poor, and the rural areas in China are not as good. The breakfast has not changed for 3 days. Do not stay at this hotel with bad reviews!
