The place is really nice, the staff is friendly, the breakfast is complete + delicious, close to tourist attractions, the facilities are complete.

1. On the first day we waited for breakfast for 50 minutes, on the second day for 40 minutes, very long. Although 3 or 4 rooms were occupied. 2. Lots of cracks, no privacy. From the toilet on the first floor you can see the 2nd floor and vice versa. 3. The location is good.

Great location with access to the beach where you can snorkel, masks can be rented at the hotel. The staff are friendly and helpful, the rooms are uniquely designed, and the breakfasts are great with a stunning view.

This was the disappointment of the whole vacation. We chose based on reviews and location. We were prepared for the fact that there is no parking, but we were not prepared for the fact that we would have to look for the entrance for about five minutes. No sign, no identification marks. The entrance was through a non-working bar or cafe in the lobby on the ground floor. The room we were checked into was a surprise. In fact, it is located on the third floor of a wooden house with a very steep, uncomfortable staircase, the toilet and shower are on the first. This entire swaying wooden house is a separate villa. The room where the bed was located is very small, with cracks in the walls, under a hot roof. Accordingly, the air conditioner did not cope with its functions at all, and entering and exiting the room was a quest. We decided to cancel the reservation, and the cost is not small, by the way, we were told that it was impossible to cancel, but they can provide another room, higher level, larger and it seems like it will be cooler there. We were moved to something similar, designed for 4 people, there were air conditioners on the second and third floors and they worked poorly, but they did a good job. If one of us was on another floor or stairs, the whole house swayed. In the evening it became clear that the audibility was such that you could hear every rustle, the bedroom was just at the level of the central road of Amed and it felt like you were sleeping right on it. But the most interesting thing began at about 7 am, when the roads more or less calmed down. There is construction on the other side of the road))) An excavator is throwing huge boulders and so on, and all this is a couple of meters from us. In general, I did not sleep at all that night. We were looking forward to leaving this hotel. The breakfast was good, the attitude of the hotel staff was good too. Perhaps other villas do not have such problems. The pool is small, not very well located
