the customer service number: i texted 3 times with questions. they always told me to ask the desk. i said i was sick in my room, can i have a different number to contact. they blocked me? apparently that person, Deisy, is the manager. that says everything you need to know that they will not accommodate you here. the standard double: absolutely disgusting room. The shower did not work at all. we requested someone to look at the shower around 5pm. but when we got home and in our room at 10pm is when someone came to look. they said they could fix it the next day. but we had to leave the next afternoon. the shower was burning me and my boyfriend, you cannot control the temperature and the water drips directly onto the hand knob i have lived here 2 years, my boyfriend worked in hotels in bali for many years. we both agreed that for 320k this is the worst possible service you can get. no refrigerator in a room for 320k is bad. We agreed that if the room was only 200k or less, we would not complain so much.

Needed a room for 1 night, stayed here this hotel before. Close to night market, shopping and good food venues. 5 minutes to Sindu beach. For a budget based venue these people are outstanding. Nothing is too much trouble , would highly recommend

This is a guest house and not a hotel. The price on agoda sales tempts travellers who like having good deals. However, when you get here, you will have to pay the price difference to stay here. I booked on agoda at the 24 hour sale for 4 nights. However, when I arrived at the front desk they checked my booking.The manager asked me to call agoda if wanted to cancel my booking or pay the difference to stay 4 nights. Their rate is 175, 000 a night for a standard room. So I said no, I will stay for 3 nights then, cos according to their rates, I already paid their stated rates for 3 nights to Agoda. The guy at the front desk speaks good English and the staff have good customer service skills, though the manager would do well to up her customer service skills and professionalism.
