This hotel makes you feel like a truly welcome guest. Caring and attentive staff. The atmosphere and smells in the lobby are amazing. Perfect cleanliness. Great location. Amazing spacious rooms with incredible views. Silence, nature, beautiful pool. Many nice details that make your stay and rest comfortable. Great restaurant and spa with great prices! RECOMMENDED 🫶

From the minute we arrived we felt very welcome. The staff are very friendly and happy. The room was clean and comfortable. Gardens are lush and manicured. The infinity pool overlooks a jungle valley descending to a fast flowing river. The whole environment is absolutely breathtaking and lends itself to great relaxation. Breakfast was included and very substantial. Food overall was fresh and delicious and prices very reasonable. Great cocktails too and a 2pm-5pm Happy Hour. Highly recommend this paradise and will be back.

Terrible breakfast. We were so excited in the beginning and tried several options for multiple days but none was good. We ended up having our breakfast outside the hotel. The bathroom facilities in our room were horrible. The toilet was outright disgusting, the faucet old and wobbly and the shower was either steaming hot or no hot water came at all. They also do not offer conditioner, our shower gel was not refilled and therefore empty for our entire stay and there was no bathing salt which we expected at this price point. The only good thing about the hotel is the view in the jungle and the pool, even if there was no one in the pool bar during happy hour and we had to go to the restaurant in our wet bathing clothes to order drinks we had to wait very long for. Overall there are way better hotels for that money in Ubud. We will not come back and would not recommend this place.

Lovely resort and staff are very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the food quality (taste and temperature) has suffered since my last visit 10 months ago. Being hassled to order breakfast the day before is really not ok. There is a steep walk to the road which is not lit at night so mobility and safety issues if you’re solo is an issue.

Pros: - Brilliant staff who are extremely attentive and helpful - Beautiful surroundings and views from the hotel grounds and breakfast area - Lovely looking pool - Breakfast included in the price - Aircon in the rooms - Value for money when paying c. £40-£60 per night (I would not pay more for the reasons below) Cons: - There was an overwhelming smell of damp in our room on the second floor. Thankfully, we were moved to a suite room on the third floor for the night. We would have moved hotels if we were not moved because the smell was so bad - The rooms are very dated - The breakfast was average - we were reluctant to have it again on our second and last morning but needed fuel for the journey to our next destination - You have to preorder your breakfast the day before - Some of the juices are not fresh - The curtains are stained - There are cracks in the walls, the paint is flaking and there is mould throughout the hotel Overall, this hotel has the potential to be absolutely amazing but at present it is just average in my view. It requires an update throughout the main hotel.

Overrated and Overpriced and Dishonest!!! They will not honor any discounted online rates booked They will cancel them and you have to rebook with other resorts in the area. I recommend not booking with this property there are many others in the immediate area with better pricing and higher ratings
