We had a great time and were very comfortable. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. The room was great, however the shower did not drain very well. We would definitely return.

The hotel is very conveniently located, just 10 minutes drive from the airport. Nearby, within walking distance there are supermarkets, malls, spa salons. The hotel has a restaurant, the food is quite decent, breakfast was also good, you can choose it. The staff is polite, helpful, helps if needed.
Bed linen and towels are clean, fresh, the bed is comfortable.

The counter staff was very friendly and actively helped
The parking lot is underground, which is a bit inconvenient.
If you are here for surfing, it is recommended to stay on the first floor. It is not convenient to go up and down the stairs with the surfboard.

Excellent hotel in the very center of Kuta, delicious and hearty breakfasts with a choice of a specific breakfast in the menu. The location of the hotel is good, from this place all the attractions in different parts of the island are almost the same time. Friendly and welcoming staff. The rooms are cleaned daily, clean linen and towels. Only WiFi often disappears. The airport is nearby, and a taxi cost us 55,000 rupees. When we arrived, they took 150,000 rupees from us. Note to everyone! Do not overpay.
