Firstly It was a good trip with my friends group of total5 person. We booked 3rooms . Rooms and pool are nice . I did celebrate my bithday dinner at the hotel restaurant. Chef is super creative. We really like the hotel . I give 4.5 of 5 to this hotel. Hotel staff are very helpful and polite. 🧡🧡🧡

We booked the family suite and loved it. Spacious and clean rooms and lovely amenities. Location a bit deep in but just around 10 to 15 mins from main roads and nearby to shopping centre.

The location is central to the beach and restaurants. The rooms overlook the pool and when the pool is busy, all sounds, as a result of the thin walls and poor soundproofing , can be heard in your room. Breakfast is very average compared to other 4 star hotels.

We checked in at 2 am and everything was smooth upon check in our room is close together. Rooms looks great but not in good maintenance, the bed shert has stain, the towel very old can see by color, the floor dont even flat, the bathroom is not get deep clean often but we stay only one night so its okay.
outside the corridoor is find like that they got water machine that you can refill your own bottle.
also love the breakfast here! variety menues good quality and all the staff was great.

Love the hotel since the location is near to Kuta beach.. the downside only the hotel is inside a small alley that just fit 1 car. But the hotel itself is a hidden gem. Worth the price and the breakfast is a plus. Love the food. Swimming pool is also fun with the tube to playwith, my son really enjoy it. Twin beds also quite big.

I got bed bug bites over my body from one night. The cleanliness was terrible. Breakfast was awful. Location was okay. It was near airport, walkable to the beach and restaurants around but was quite far from other tourist destinations.
