I wonder if the owner is aware of how horrible the service is under Glen as the General Manager. No updates on our booking, no response about the agreement, nothing. After repeatedly trying to reach him, he bailed on us, and the only reason we found out the booking was taken by someone else was because we had to contact him first. This kind of neglect is beyond frustrating, especially when planning a wedding. It’s the worst service I’ve ever experienced! How difficult is it to inform us about the deposit agreement??? We’ve been waiting for this news for months and he ghosted us ??? If i’m not mistaken the owner is living in singapore… I used to stay in singapore and connection is very good, even better than in indonesia… SO WHAT KIND OF EXCUSE BY SAYING THE OWNER IS NOT IN INDONESIA??? SO WHAT??? I’m pretty sure the owner can reply our email and GLEN AS THE GM CAN INFORM US BETTER WITH THE NEGOTIATION?????
