Definitely enjoyed our stay, the room was big and comfortable and there was even Netflix on the TV. Just a short walk away from Echo beach too.

Perfect Villa and location for our family. We had our family in a 2-bedroom villa and each bedroom comes with its own Bali style bathroom. Short walk down to Echo Beach which provides a lovely beach, great surf and many amazing food options in the local warungs. Can not thank Joni and his team enough in making our stay easy and enjoyable. No request is ever a problem, and they were always there to help with any questions we had. If you are looking for a quiet, peaceful, relaxing, spacious, affordable family accommodation, this is your place.

We were in the 3 bedroom villa Each bedroom has own bathroom and toilet Kitchen great and table, couch all good. Could have done with extra couch seat when all home during rain but rain stopped and didn’t need Pool great Short walk to echo beach and over bridge to Perean beach village Didn’t get breakfast but Flow cafe just up road with great coffee Stay here for good value, close to surf beach and bars and family time

The photos on the website do not correspond to reality. There is no reception, they have two guys, who only speak Indonesian, hidden under a roof where they eat, sleep and spend time. The entrance is full of rubbish (literally). We rented two villas (they do not have common areas, they are two rooms with two small pools), the bathrooms are Balinese style exteriors, very pretty in the photos, but in reality they were full of bugs, one of the toilets had an infestation of ants and despite cleaning it they kept coming back and it could not be used. But the worst thing is that the rest of the villas were under construction from 08:00 to 17:00. Lots of noise and dust from the construction. When we spoke to Tanya, the owner, for the reservation, she hid the construction from us even though we told her that we were looking for a quiet place where we could rest. We were going to stay for 4 days but on the second day, without being able to sleep, we had to go to another hotel to be able to sleep. The treatment received by the owner, via WhatsApp, was very bad and unprofessional. We demanded a refund of the money paid but she has not responded to us.
