had a fantastic stay! The room was spotless, the staff were incredibly friendly, and the spa services were top-notch. The only downside was the limited breakfast options. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for your next travel adventure!”

it was smelly outside the room. the lobby was humid that makes the sofa smell bad. the bathroom was not okay.

The room didn't have towels, soap, toilet paper, 2 bottle water when you checked in. You need to ask for the second day and you still need to repeat asking again for the next day. Even the room doesn't provide the glass. The drink water needs to go out to fill up. No provide 2 bottles water..

got the price of 200 on trip.com, luckily took 1 night, the hotel was dirty, never cleaned, if you slept it was scratchy, there were animals flying around, the bed linen was yellow, the horns were no longer suitable for use, there wasn't any soap, there wasn't any soap, the air conditioner was ok, the TV was also good,
