房間如圖如描述，早餐不好吃 沒有湯粉面，衹有白粥牛奶麪包 咖啡手調還不錯，海鮮🦞嘉年華不好吃🤔沒酒店對面便利店往靠左第一間的好吃，那裡一大盤海鮮拼盤就300+而且非常新鮮，最值得食的是龍蝦和虎蝦 蒜蓉牛油汁，酒店的海鮮像冰鮮的不是十分新鮮，不過勝在有live 音樂會現場氣氛好。

最值得讚揚的是每位員工服務態度和笑容都是棒棒的 會心微笑 動之以情 下次還會再來。

awesome experience at Holiday Inn Nusa Dua! the staff were very friendly and service oriented. They even arranged a small cake and handwritten note to help celebrate our anniversary. it also has a decent beach front with access to neighbouring hotels which was great for a walk along tbe beach. breakfast food (and dinner too) was also great!

房間很大，也很乾凈，靠海，海景一般，總體不錯！相臨的酒店，海景那一塊通用，還挺好，散散步！早餐挺豐富，晚上偶爾還有活動，性價比可以！

We had a wonderful stay at The Holiday Inn. Conveniently located close to the airport (25min). Rooms were spacious and clean. Breakfast had quite a variety of western and Balinese food. The staff were all incredibly kind - they took the extra step by learning our names!

To the respected platform management,
I would like to inform you that this hotel does not deserve a five-star rating at all. All of its rooms are infested with wood-boring insects that damage the furniture and can harm the human body, making a stay there dangerous and unacceptable.
We also experienced extremely poor treatment from the hotel management regarding this issue, as they showed no cooperation or concern for the suffering of the guests. This blatant negligence cannot be tolerated, and we were forced to leave the place and move to another hotel.
Therefore, we demand urgent action to remove this hotel from your platform, as it damages your reputation and exposes customers to a bad and unsafe experience.
