We really enjoyed our stay at Blue Karma. Beautiful location, a nice room next to the ricefield. Breakfast was nice. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The centre of Ubud was not far away. Definitely recommend staying here if you are going to Ubud.

在烏布solo trip定的，離中心有一點小遠。酒店員工很熱情和藹，房間也很漂亮，特意定的吊牀房，太出片了。

酒店野奢風，房間和我想象中的還是有點落差，門打開就是床，空間不是很大，但是廁所、洗漱、洗澡空間很大，洗澡是半露天的，比較有特色。酒店坐落在半山腰上，離市區有點距離，酒店有shuttle bus定時定點接送，還算方便，但是烏布堵車嚴重，始終沒有市區酒店方便，但是山上景色比較好，各有利弊。酒店服務還可以，但是其他任何服務都要另外付費，且價格較高，包括房間裏的小熊以為是贈送給小朋友的，也沒有任何説明，結果前台看到説這是要另外買的，大概要100多人民幣，突然覺得有點掃興。

價格：選擇錯誤1800多一晚，當日入住查看同房型同網站價格才800➕一晚。
環境：房間裝修，格局，慎人！！！！！！！！！！！！
衞生：太差，滿床的爬蟲，中國人接受不了。可以看圖片和視頻，兩個晚上沒睡。
服務：所有員工沒有態度不好，但是無法理解客人的害怕和訴求。不是員工的問題，是管理的經理存在很大管理制度失職！

酒店整體審美很歐美野奢，每一處的搭配都是又原始又精緻。我們這次住的帶泳池的房型非常別緻，在院子裏發呆很治癒。服務是我目前在峇裏島遇到最好的，每個服務員都特別樸實熱情。早餐水準很高，甚至很澳洲。白天進酒店的時候會擔心晚上是不是會很暗，到了夜晚很驚喜，居然到處都是暖暖的燈，院子裏的石猴子也是一個個燈柱，很温暖，完全不會害怕。美中不足的是我們住的幾天都下雨，小木屋會比較潮濕；淋浴是露天的，晚上還是有點冷；室外的廁所馬桶有點舊了，會給人衞生差一點點的感覺。
