We have really enjoyed staying here, the check-in process very smooth, staff is very friendly and help full. Overall cannot fault it and would like to stay here again.

I stayed at this hotel for two nights. The hotel is good but not a popular place for the young tourists. I'm not sure if I'd would stay there again though. Some of the hotel staff were not very helpful. I wanted to do some tours and when I inquired about it from one of the hotel staff she didn't seem to know anything and didn't bother to point me in the right direction. I wish someone was there to tell me that it would be easier to get info if I went to places like Kuta Beach or the town center. It would have made my trip as a first timer better.

Enjoyable stay at Santika Seminyak. Lovely staff from security to reception. Clean room alongside smooth bedsheets and pillows. Welcome drinks taste refreshing. Breakfast was decent.

Good service. Clean room. Location wise is considered great as well. Staff always welcoming and friendly. Breakfast spread is not super outstanding but it's decent.

The hotel is at a good location. Looks good on the outside but the rooms are a bit outdated. It was so noisy at night, from bikes in the road to kids running in the hallways and adults talking. I could barely get any sleep.
