What can I say good, excellent view clean room, nice hot showers
Upper chalets very noisy ,bar service none existent,
Could be so much better with attention to detail
Couldn't even buy water from often unattended reception

Everything was great. Only thing is if you opt for breakfast,then they buy it from outside. It is not ideal as we don't know where or who they buy it from, although food tasted okay.

Our worst day was spent in this hotel! We did not sleep all night, earplugs did not help! Roosters are crowing in the backyard! Dirty towels, stained sheets, tiles in the bathroom are also stained, I am attaching a photo! You can hear everything! Neighbors, chickens, dogs, the sound of the sea! Breakfasts are not very good! Dirty plates. For that kind of money, rent a neighboring hotel!!!! I am attaching a photo! Plus the smiling girl who checked us in, very nice!

To be honest, this hotel is beyond my imagination. I didn't expect much from the island, but the room was very clean, the sea is right outside, and the Agung volcano on Bali is visible. There is a Vietnamese rice noodle restaurant next to it, which tastes good. If I have to make any request, it would be breakfast. Also, the chickens next to it are too crazy and scream too loudly. But the flaws do not outweigh the merits, the scenery is simply too good.
