The best service I’ve ever experienced! The hotel added a personal touch and was extremely attentive to their guests. There was a personal welcome note as well as a nightly bedtime story. The hotel arrange a driver for my day trip to the waterfalls, they also arranged for me to be dropped off to the airport, taking a lot of the hassle off my plate.
Breakfast a delicious breakfast of my choice was delivered to my room every morning. The room was incredibly specious, clean and comfortable. Soft bed, high pressure shower and a tub big enough for two people. The location is also pretty good… there’s tons of stores and restaurants around, it’s walkable distance from downtown if you enjoy waking, if not the hotel also provided a shuttle service free of charge to and from downtown.
It was an exceptional stay and I’m very grateful to all the staff that went above and beyond to make my stay a great one.

Very nice room, service is also very good, like his overall atmosphere. The location is very good, close to the lively places in Ubud, and the hotel also has a free shuttle bus to the city's attractions.

The hotel facilities are very clean and the staff are very friendly. It is good that there is a pick-up service from each area of Ubud. However, since Ubud traffic is very congested, it is recommended to call 30 minutes in advance to get a pick-up. For the hotel, that's the best.

Perfect and lovely place! The hotel is so nice and staff so lovely. We really felt welcomed and they made us feel like we were at home. The rooms are so clean and the pool area so nice. Water so refreshing and the sunbeds relaxing. Everything was really nice and the breakfast we enjoyed in their restaurant. But it is also possible to eat it in your room. I can’t say enough how wonderful this hotel was. And the staff were so sweet and helpful. There was a free shuttle to the centre but the hotel is also next to everything so you can walk to all the restaurants and massage places. I really wanted to recommend this hotel when you’re in Ubud. And loved it that there were also cats nearby. Absolutely fabulous place. And i’d like to thank all the lovely staff from this hotel for their hospitality. And big hugs to Ika and Putu.

Sapodilla has become my home away from home. The warm and welcoming staff always go the extra mile, making every stay feel personal. Enjoying breakfast on my private balcony or in the restaurant is a lovely start to the day. Afternoons are spent relaxing by the pool, which is always at the perfect temperature. Located away from the bustling streets, Sapodilla offers a peaceful retreat. Nearby is good coffee at Mushroom Espresso, money changers, Jaens Spa ( a must-visit), and restaurants, it's the ideal location for relaxation and exploration.

Amazing hotel! The absolute best service with all staff going above and beyond. Rooms were spacious and so clean. Breakfast was way more than expected. Location was very central so very easy to get to the main streets, monkey forest and other attractions. Would definitely recommend!
