Village Bali

We enjoyed staying at Village Bali. The rooms are clean and nice decorated. We loved the surroundings and the swimming pool. They have also a restaurant. Good food quality. Staff attentive and helpful. Really appreciate my birthday surprise. They have decorated my room and prepared a delicious cake. Thank you Village Bali!

We can’t say enough nice things about Village Bali! An intimate, home away from home feel, fantastic ammenities, comfy beds, lovely rooms with own garden space, delicious food, and absolutely incredible staff! They all remember your name and are just so accommodating and welcoming. We loved feeling like a part of their family! Thank you Village Bali - Haydn and Allie.

This is by far THE WORST hotel experience I have had. Upon arrival, my room was positioned directly next to a very loud construction site. They were building 2 new rooms on the hotel site. I spoke to reception and said that I had to move. They told me no rooms were available until the next night, so I just had to endure it till then. I woke the next day with a terrible head cold. Feeling like death, I moved to the new room which was a smaller room (I paid for the bigger one that was more expensive) with no discount applied. During the day I recognised the construction work from Village Bali was still reverberating through the entire hotel. There was construction next door as well but that is to be expected. The noise problem was the construction coming from Village Bali. With my splitting headache/head cold I couldn’t take the noise so requested that I be allowed to check out the following day and have the remaining balance of my stay refunded. The manager said NO. They would only refund me the money if, after I left, they were able to ‘sell the room’. I said this is insane as I was never told that there would be a construction site at the hotel premises and if I had known I would not have booked. They didn’t care. It was either I remain a hostage at the hotel with the loud sounds of renovation work OR leave and run the risk of not getting my money back if they don’t end up getting another booking. The manager told me it ‘should be fine and we will probably sell the room in the next day’. Well, that never happened. The room didn’t get booked (or so they tell me) and I lost around $1,000AUD. So, I ended up having to pay for 2 Hotels for my one week in Bali. Completely ruined my holiday. This company is disgusting and I would NEVER stay there again. I will be sure to let as many people know not to make the same mistake I did. DO NOT STAY HERE!

From the moment I walked in, I felt so relaxed. All the staff were so welcoming, accommodating to every need and just so beautiful. Always there to greet you with a smile. Nita at reception was fabulous!! The place is so clean & so close to everything! Will definitely be back & can’t wait to return!!

A place I would return to in a heart beat. Such a beautiful oasis. A peaceful and comfortable stay. The staff are just gorgeous and very attentive - I felt really looked after by all - especially Dayu. I had two massages in 4 days which were wonderful - and to just have to walk literally down the path for it - heaven. The garden and pool area is like a haven and very clean. I went for a night swim and I was all alone and it was so relaxing. The rooms are clean, modern and very comfortable. Water restocked daily and the breakfast is delicious. I also had dinner twice from the restaurant and the food was tasty and fresh and lots of great vegetarian options. Short walk to local shopping which I loved and to get to further places I used Gojek scooter rides for very cheap. I did try to get to the nearest beach but it was (impossible) to get there haha. I didnt mind. Next time....I’ll be back for sure. Thank you for looking after me Village Bali x

It is amazing here! The staff are very friendly and great with children. The food also something that stood out when comparing to hotels around the same price. Rooms were perfect with air condition and were very hygienic. Only a short walk from binging and impossible s witch are both stunning beaches. Would recommend to anyone. 💀🔥❤️
