I would give a 4 stars to this hotel. Good: 1) owner is generous and afford to spend on gadgets so it is smart hotel with using Alexa to function 2) Ambience is totally great with music bossa nova welcoming you in 3) transparent bathroom for you to feel sexy Suitable for couple 4) restaurant Japanese must try! Look for Ryan Bad: 1) no lift (poor staff, need to carry luggage up the stairs) 2) staffs are not very friendly but quite rude, I saw someone arguing with them. My experience also they can be rigid and not very smiley 3) I saw another guests given welcome drink but we don’t have so it’s not consistent 4) not suitable for children

One of the highlights of my stay was the spa. The ambiance was serene, and the therapists were incredibly skilled. The treatment was so soothing that I drifted off to sleep, completely enveloped in relaxation. It was one of the best spa experiences I have ever had! Beyond the excellent service and facilities, what made my stay truly special was the warmth and sincerity of the team. They didn’t just provide excellent service—they created a memorable experience that I will cherish. My husband and I had a great time during our stay at this hotel. The staffs (all of them) were very polite, attentive and friendly. The hotel had a several packages for you to choose to experience and explore Bali. The SPA was great too. It was very relaxing. The highlight would be the room. The room was very comfortable and pretty. It is furnished with a smart tech device.

Ok, for transit.... view from the room is not nice. The bathroom has no curtain!! Room design ok, but I'm not sure most people will be happy with the transparant glass door for the bathroom and shower. And who will want to make a bath on the terrace with that kind of view?

Beautiful hotel, super clean and great customer service. Only 1 thing that we were charged for the bath gel which should be mentioned by staff or have a label with price. Other 4-5 stars hotel usually let client use the bath gel for free. Besides that, we love the everything.
