A lovely hotel with unbelievably friendly and forthcoming staff. Spacious and clean rooms with room cleaning twice a day.
The food is great and we loved the idea of breakfast till 11 pm.
The hotel is a 20 min walk from the hustle and bustle of the city center. Also easy to get a grab if needed.
Would definitely come again. 🥰

The hotel is great overall with great food and nice space. However, they only have stairs throughout the hotel, so if you have troubles with stairs, it may be an issue.
I am 26 weeks pregnant and they refuse to provide me with massage service which I also found absolutely strange. I ended up going to Ubud center for a massage and it was a lot cheaper too.

I recently stayed at Adiwana Unagi Suites and had an incredible experience. The service was outstanding from the moment we arrived. The staff were exceptionally accommodating, especially when we requested extra fruits, which were promptly delivered to our room with a smile. The room service was efficient and added a layer of comfort to our stay. The facilities were top-notch, featuring modern amenities that enhanced our overall experience.
One highlight of our stay was dining at Elys Kitchen. The food was the best we had in Bali, offering a delightful blend of flavors that left us craving more. Every meal was a culinary delight, and the ambiance of the restaurant added to the overall enjoyment. The staff at Elys Kitchen were knowledgeable and recommended dishes that perfectly suited our tastes.
In summary, our stay at Adiwana Unagi Suites was made memorable by the excellent service, comfortable facilities, and exceptional dining experience at Elys Kitchen. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bali.

Lovely place. Every staff are friendly!
The resort seems to be very new and has clean facilities.
I was just saying it is my birthday trip as a joke🤣.
Even though my birthday is a week more to go,they celebrated my birthday and gave me very cute sweet cake! It was so surprised me and made me happy!
It's located a little far from the center of Ubud.
In my opinion, it was better to be able to meet quieter and calmer Ubud and feel the atmosphere of the jungle and country village.
Our next destination was about 5minute by foot. They helped us to move our belongings. Was really touched.
Breakfast - there are many options also delicious
Swimming pool - So cute and good to spend time.

Good-service staff, the food in the Elly’s kitchen is wonderful. But the staircases up and down here and there. Not friendly to the ppl got mobility issues. Especially the staircases down to the Spa office and gift shop. Narrow stone staircases, very dangerous, might hit the head accidentally and it’s quite dark at night.

Really lovely calm experience staying here - even though I was unwell at the time! Staff were so lovely and attentive and the food/facilities were incredible.
