Great hotel in a quiet side street. Very tasty breakfasts. Quiet, clean, the staff is very, very friendly. But the biggest plus is the transport to the center. It's just wow! They take you there without any problems and come immediately when called. I recommend! We organized excursions through them, also 5 plus.

The location of the hotel is very convenient, there are many convenience stores and restaurants with good reviews within walking distance to choose from, and the hotel also has its own restaurant and rooftop bar.
The interior of the room is very tidy, there are no bugs or geckos, and the hotel provides cleaning twice a day.
Because it is not facing the main road, the overall atmosphere is relatively quiet, but the room is not completely isolated from the sound of the outside world. The sound of heavy rain and the movement of people in the public space can still be felt, but it does not affect the rest.
Service is the highlight of this hotel. The staff is very patient and friendly, and will even remember your name and actively ask if you need to go out for pick-up.

I stayed at Sabana Ubud Hotel for 4 nights during my solo trip. The place was unreal, and the hotel truly deserves five stars. The staff felt like friends—they asked how I was doing and paid attention to small details that made my stay special. Breakfast was served in the room, there was even a nightgown provided, the room was clean and beautiful, fresh water was always available, the room was prepared for bedtime in the evenings, and the hotel arranged transportation to and from the city center. Communication was super easy via WhatsApp. This was the best hotel experience I've ever had. If you're visiting Ubud, please stay here—you won't regret it! Thank you again—I’ll miss you!

Sabana Ubud is situated slightly away from the city center, but they conveniently provide daily shuttle services to the main hub. The staff’s attentiveness and top-notch service truly stand out. The rooms are immaculate, the hotel is visually delightful, and they even surprised my sister with a birthday cake, which was such a thoughtful gesture! The team went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, offering extra bottles of water each night accompanied by a charming bedtime story. A special shoutout to Febry, who warmly assisted us during check-in, and the rest of the team for making our stay so enjoyable and memorable!

My trip to Bali has been incredible, but this place took it to the next level. The service here is absolutely top-notch! Don’t let its unassuming exterior fool you, inside, it’s pure paradise. The staff are incredibly professional, friendly, and welcoming, making the experience even better. And that refreshing welcome drink? I still can’t get it out of my mind! Overall, it’s a 10/10 experience. Nana was absolutely incredible always smiling and super helpful!

From the moment we arrived and were welcomed with some refreshing drinks, we were made to feel completely at home. The staff couldn’t be more kind and helpful, we weren’t even allowed to move our own luggage! The hotel is placed far enough from the road that traffic noise is not invasive, the pool in the central courtyard is beautifully clean and very refreshing after a long hot day. The rooms are large, clean and comfortable with air con and mosquito nets around the beds. It’s also close enough to Ubud that it’s possible to walk to the centre of town, however with enough notice the staff are able to offer a shuttle service which turned out to be very useful. All in all I would be very happy to stay at Sabina next time I visit Bali, I recommend it highly.

We booked a 2 night stay at Sabana Ubud but we unfortunately became very ill at the start of our Bali trip and needed to change our flights back home unexpectedly, meaning we couldn’t stay at Sabana Ubud. The staff at the resort were very helpful and understanding for us, and helped ease any stress with last minute changes. Their service is some of the best customer service I have ever had with a company in any area of the world. We can’t wait to come visit Sabana Ubud when we are well again! Terima Kasih Sabana Ubud 🙏🏼
