The Kalyana hotel it’s a perfect stay for couples, we stayed in a villa with private pool, it was fantastic. The staff is very friendly and the hotel is close to the center of Ubud.

The actual room decoration feels that it has been many years. It may be other hotels that have been listed before. The bathing area in the bathroom is full of scale and is not cleaned. The gap next to the basin is also very dirty, and the water leaks slowly. The most incomprehensible thing is that the toiletries look dirty and old. Why don’t you replace them with new ones? Anyway, the details of the room Really can't take a closer look, the room is not worth the price, the price/performance ratio is low, and the spa is also very average, not recommended.

Excellent service, kind staff, nice environment, calm and relaxed place, pool, SPA, the view, very cleaned room. Perfect service on call, opened for extra requests. My friend had a Birthday, they managed the cake within one hour and made surprise for her. I am super happy!
