The best hotel in Kuta. Easy access to everywhere and best pool access. Nice and Cosy. Been here 3 years in a row. Becoming annual hotel event. Room price has been increasing though

This is the second time I have stayed here, the first time $1000 aus was taken from my suit case out of my room. Was reported and al security could tell me was cleaner was the only one on camera going into my room and to go back and see them first if I was intending to go to police but as I was leaving early next morning and they didn't seem to want to help I just left.
I stayed here again and this time my watch and around $200 aus was missing which I didn't realise until I was on the plane heading home, I called when landed in Australia but again was just a waste of time. No help whatsoever, obvious to say will never stay here again

The location is ok.But it quite jam area.. Near to kuta beach. Can walk to the beach. Many bar n cafe around. Pic not related.

I was initially shocked when I read reviews mentioning cockroaches because i already booked the hotel before i read the review, but during my stay, everything was clean. While the interior is old, it is well-maintained and clean overall. However, the rooms were not very quiet, and the ongoing hotel renovations caused some dust, which was a bit disturbing. The breakfast needs significant improvement in both taste and variety. Overall, the stay was decent, but there’s room for improvement.

Beds are terrible like sleeping on concrete. The breakfast was very disappointing really only cater for asian market not many western options unless you like dry cold pancakes and waffles, not even real bacon just that disgusting beef bacon! We checked out 2 days early as we couldnt go another night trying to sleep on the bed. I wouldnt recommend the hotel

The location is great. It is situated in the middle of crowded Kuta. There are many shops and eateries around, all within walking distance. You get to see and buy lots of local stuff nearby. The hotel is unique and clean. The room is comfortable. The staff can speak a little English and are helpful and friendly. It was a rather nice stay.
