I booked a superior room but was given a standard room. Staff insisted it was a superior room but my friends superior room was definitely more superior to my room. Bathtub leaked and a pool of water was outside the bath in the morning after a shower the night before. Door lock difficult. I was bitten by mosquito's worse than ever in my life..maybe 100 bites in two nights, despite the hotel providing plug in repellent and rollon.
On a positive note staff at the restaurant were very good.

I highly recommend the spa in the hotel. I used it for two consecutive days. The environment was very good and comfortable. All the hotel service staff were very nice and solved any problems immediately. There were also various activities in the hotel, but we were in a hurry and didn't catch up. I will stay here again next time.

The hotel was amazing, since the arrival the team made sure we felt welcome and comfortable. Check in was fast and they served a drink when we waited the room to be checked, the breakfast is very good, the swimming pool is also great. The room was super clean and we loved the privacy. The all premisses are very quiet even the hotel being located in the city centre, shops and restaurants just out of the door and the main attractions are a walking distance away. The hotel also provided a transfer from the airport what was very good.

Absolutely loved my stay. Perfect location, everything in walking distance. The staff are great going above & beyond to make your stay perfect. A jungle oasis in the middle of Ubud. My friends & I had the pleasure of joining the cookery class at the hotel. We made four beautiful dishes. The chef helped us with chopping & preparing many ingredients, a very enjoyable experience Thank you so much to all staff. I hope to come back soon

This is the nicest hotel I have stayed at in Ubud it is called Dewangga, JL Dewisita Street Ubud, it costs about $80 aus a night with breakfast he staff are 12 out of 10 it is a 5 minute walk to Main Street in Ubud busy street outside but very quiet in grounds you would think you were in the country

Nice hotel in the center of Ubud but yet very quiet. The reception area could use a refresh but the rooms are clean and well maintained. All the staff are friendly and extremely helpful. For breakfast there is a very extensive choice by Balinese hotel standards. We have been coming to Ubud for 15 years and find this hotel one of the best choices we have made over the years. Price-quality ratio is perfect.

We stayed at Dewangga Ubud for 4 nights and had a fantastic experience. The location is ideal—central yet quiet, just few steps from great restaurants, shops, and attractions. We were warmly welcomed by Sinta, and the entire staff was incredibly kind, helpful, and always provided accurate info and great recommendations. Our room was very clean, the bed super comfortable, and the modern bathroom felt brand new with a touch of luxury. The yoga session was excellent—I only wish I had time for more! We also enjoyed a lovely massage, though the spa area could use a bit of renovation. Overall, Dewangga is a peaceful oasis in the heart of Ubud. We’ll definitely be back—highly recommended!

One of the best accommodation I have stayed in. The room is spacious, massive bed, with tv, couch, fridge, kettle etc. The bathroom was beautiful, with a wet area around the shower/tub and sink area. The restaurant by the beautiful pool offers a wide selection of dishes. But most importantly the staff are so genuinely friendly, polite, helpful and courteous. It is only 5 minuteswalk to Ubud Palace and the Art Market, which are a must see. I would definitely stay here again when I come back to Ubud.
