We recently stayed at this hotel during our trip to Bali. While the facilities were decent, there were some highs and lows in our experience.
Starting with check-in, the receptionist on the first day was cold and didn’t offer a smile or a warm welcome, which was disappointing after a long day of travel. However, the next day, the receptionist on duty made up for it with a broad smile and even offered to help charge our phone at the front desk, a kind and thoughtful gesture that we truly appreciated.
The hotel room was quite small, so it might not be the best option if you’re traveling with a big family. On the plus side, the musolla on the 5th floor was convenient for prayers, and the lobby area was a great spot to relax, watch the traffic, and enjoy the local atmosphere.
We also appreciated the halal breakfast options, such a thoughtful touch! However, it would be nice to have small spoons for coffee-making and an option for warm milk to pair with the coffee. These little details could make the breakfast experience even better.
While there are a few Muslim-friendly restaurants nearby, including Warung Muslim Ibu Tien right next to the hotel, we found the cleanliness of the restaurant lacking. As a result, we opted to have lunch at the hotel the next day after checkout. The hotel’s cleanliness and food quality were far better, and we were glad we made that choice.
