Not a bad hotel, overall excellent for the money. The rooms are a little old, but clean, cleaned every day, with linen changed. Not every apartment has linen and towels changed every day. Great area and pools.

Nice staff, they checked us in early. Huge hotel area with a swimming pool and table tennis. And also an old renovation and very slow wi-fi that works every now and then.

Our son was seriously injured at this hotel due to negligence by the staff. DO NOT STAY HERE. The property is extremely run down and not taken care of. There was a rat in the roof, it was mold and bug infested, and the air conditioners leaked water creating puddles on the slippery tile floor. Maintenance came and ‘fixed’ the AC. But the issue kept occurring. Our son ended up falling and hitting his head so hard we had to take him to the hospital for a CT scan of his head as he was vomiting post trauma. The manager did not care. We finally got him to agree to cover the hospital bill as our son was injured so to property negligence. Since we left, he has avoided our phone calls and pretends there is no manager. This place is a disgusting place to stay and is run by horrible people who do not care about the safety of their guests and their families. We got food poisoning from the restaurant. Our kids ended up getting fevers and needing antibiotics. DO NOT STAY HERE.

Don’t be fooled by the beautiful photos you view when looking at the property. The photos are quite old as it’s quite different now. The resort is very run down and needs a lot of TLC, leaking aircon units, doors that don’t close properly, showers don’t work properly, main shower had no screen or curtain and flooded the entire bathroom, rats in the ceiling and walls. Second bathroom vanity had a gap with a rats tail protruding from the wall. Second bathroom the sink was ready to fall off. The pool also was about a 200 - 250 metre walk which is shared by 3 hotels. Definitely would not stay here again.

I sort of know Bali quite well-( not really well) lived here one year during lockdown -found this place by chance a few weeks ago when bringing some friends to Bali from my base in Jakarta Bad Points 1) Quite Old 2) Not the place to go if you want quiet quiet -although rooms soundproof? Great Points 1) Location -sort of you walk from your suite 100m meters in between two pools -great music -then across road to sea. 2) Great supermarket nearby- called Bintang -has great beers,food spirits etc.-maybe 15 /20 minutes walk? 3) Actually cooking facilities in suite-did not use as did not know beforehand. 4) Great Greek Restaurant within 10 minutes walk -really nice food called Santonori -even my Indonesian friends liked-but lots of other options. 5) Overall a great location -Seminak a great area of Bali-but lots of people -you want quiet try Sanur -we went there first this time my Indonesian friends did not like -too quiet so moved after two days. 6) Nice people there-mainly Australians -very safe and secure .

Booked 3-bedroom unit with Club Bali points worth of 3years+ membership fee. What we got were what looked like a hardly maintained old unit, stinky rooms and dirty bathrooms. The furnitures are tired, rooms are dark, the building roof structures sound torn apart during the heavy rains, we couldn’t sleep every night. Really difficult to call staff / room service, as most of the staff we met were Jayakarta Hotel staff, which hesitant to attend the needs of Club Bali guests and would refer us to the non-existent Club-Bali staff instead. The overall stays were not worth even third the price we paid! Disappointing and ruin our long-awaited family trip to Bali. Wouldn’t ever renew my membership with Club Bali.

Это не отель, это грязная вонючая ночлежка, не понимаю, кто пишет хорошие отзывы. Нам меняли номер 3 раза, постельное белье везде грязное, все в пятнах, которые уже ничем не отстирать, дырявое, вся мебель старая, покосившаяся, разваливающаяся, в номерах воняет, там просто противно находиться. В первый номер, в который нас поселили был сломан кондей, на стене сидел таракан размером с пол-ладони, а в 9 утра мы проснулись от звука дрели, сверлили соседнюю стену, потому что у них реновация. И их не волнует, что туристы заселились в 4 утра после 22-часовой дороги, нужно было начать сверлить именно в 9. я даже не знаю, что можно хорошего сказать об этой дыре. Пляж недалеко, единственный положительный момент.
