The place is amazing. Staff were great. Location is excellent. You can walk everywhere. The only main issue was that the pool is so deep. You can’t be in it unless you can swim. Not kid friendly. Extremely deep. Other thing is we had booked a 2 bedroom villa , so they gave us one with 3 rooms and locked the middle room. That was creepy. Wish they just let us use that room as well. Otherwise a great stay. Would recommend.

My husband and I stayed in the super large, clean apartment as the villas were fully booked. The staff here were amazing. My husband had an accident and they handled the situation so well, taking us to the medical centre. Having breakfast cooked in the apartment was such a treat. We also had in room massages and our washing taken care off while there. I would highly recommended staying here and thank you to all the lovely staff.

Sienna was exceptional! The rooms are massive, with huge downstairs common areas. The pool had just the right amount of sun and shade. The staff could not have been more helpful, arranging in-house massage, taxis and a bartender for an afternoon of delicious cocktails! They even held a suitcase for us while we went to Gili for a week and had it delivered to our airport hotel for us. The location is great and we were a short walk from shops/cafes and pretty much next door to Bintang Supermarket. Despite being in the hustle and bustle once you head down the side lane, the peace and quiet is perfect. Thank you for an awesome experience Sienna, would highly recommend for groups of friends or family.

Fantastic apartment, well set up & very spacious. Has everything you need & fantastic location. Very clean & well maintained. Plenty of room for families or friends to stay. Fully self contained, very peaceful & tranquil environment. Definitely worth a stay.

It was great to be back in Bali after all the COVID issues. The Sienna Villas stay was amazing. Everyone made us feel welcome. The staff are the very best and a big 'thank you' to everyone, particularly Rika, Septiani & Frisca for their help and friendly smiles. Breakfast served freshly made in the Villa was superb and always on time. Sienna Villas are in a good location just a couple of minutes from Bintang Supermarket, close to restaurants and coffee shops and about 5 minutes walk from the beach. About We stayed in Villa 4 at the back of the complex. Very quiet, but then all the villas are well away from the main road so any of the villas will provide a quiet, cozy, and private atmosphere. Villa 4 had 3 huge bedrooms upstairs, and lots of space downstairs in the common areas. More than enough for 6 adults. The private pool was great for a dip ( but a little cold!!) and the kitchen is equipped with most things you need for a stay. Only issue we had was the shower water pressure which was a little low, but really that was a minor inconvenience. We loved our stay at Sienna Villas and would highly recommend a stay for anyone that wants a warm welcome, great hospitality, comfortable surroundings and a happy smile. Thank you Sienna Villas.
