Everything is really good just that forget about anything complementary for any occasion without paying for it. Staff is amazing, location too but they will not drop you even 500 meters from outside your hotel for anything when they can by their shuttle. But they will call you a paid taxi:-)

A wonderful hotel surrounded by incredible nature. The hotel area is quite huge, everything around is very clean, well-groomed and beautiful. The rooms are Balinese style, the family room is huge, spacious and comfortable. The breakfasts are incredible: very tasty and filling. I would like to return to this hotel again.
