Great experience. Recovering in covid world. Would recommend having personal transportation during a stay. Monsoon wing best - suite room excellent. Beach not a beach with no pool available. Can swim at end of jetty if you wish. Everything has a price - all experiences. 200000RP per person park entry.Breakfast was wonderful. Lunch and dinner a let down. Can’t see it reaching the standard suggested by the pricing in the near time- in future who knows? So many positives if you limit the negatives. 2-3 days recommended. All options higher in cost than Kuta / Seminyak region.

WOW, WOW, WOW ! Perfect stay , perfect Staff, Perfect facilities. Not a complaint . Everything from our arrival to when we left was perfect. Food was great , Drink lovely, room perfect, Staff Amazing , We felt like royalty . Not a cheap place to stay yet worth every cent .My massage was amazing with Sutrini , thank you . It was perfect to get away for some relaxation and peace and quiet . The birdwatching tour was amazing , Snorkeling out from the jetty was fun yet maybe a boat ride to Menjangan is better for the enthusiasts. We were lucky enough to stay in a Beachfront Villa which was spectacular, yet the rooms at the pool are also large and amazing . I wouldn't hesitate staying in any room at this resort, you won't be disappointed. Make sure you join for free Lifestyle Retreats so you get a discount on your activities and drinks etc. The only comment I would make is the Deck around the pool in some areas is a little tired and flex quite a lot when we walked on them so we were mindful to walk on the struts . I did break my small toe when my toe got jammed between 2 slats on the decking in front of our villa . Staff Immediately sent maintenance to repair the broken slat. However, this didn't dampen our stay at all as everything else was remarkable. It was fun also catching the shuttle to and from the Tower or the Pool and beach restaurant . The wait time was only a few minutes. Not a complaint , We will definitely be back ! One Warning , it took us awhile before we realized it didn't matter if we were in the room , or sitting outside, you must lock your doors otherwise the Monkeys get in and steal the fruit and Cookie Jar.

once you enter the hotel complex you are in a golden cage… There is no real beach (mangrove) and the activities are all paid (and expensive! €120 for 3.5 hours by boat to snorkel, no better than on the edge of the pontoon). You are asked a thousand times during the day for your room number and where you are going and it is very oppressive in the end! Leaving Menjangan is only possible with the hotel car and not by taxi (!!!?) and it will also cost you a lot to go to the nearest village (€20, 6/7 km). Apart from the macaques here, nothing worth the detour….
