The friendly staffs in this villa really deserve a credit. Though the swimming pool is shared with other guests, it is good and big enough (definitely wouldn’t be crowded). The rooms we booked are in excellent condition. Enjoy a nice breakfast, swim and sunbath for a while would be great activities in villa. The location is also convenient that you can go to Ubud Market by GoJek in just 10mins. Unforgettable experience here!

服務人員很好！房間就在前台上面！看不見泳池的！複式的！樓下廁所沖涼房，2樓是床.！可以帶榴蓮進房間吃！房間挺大！進去酒店是一條巷子！汽車能進！但是出行一定要租摩託車！不然很不方便！

I love this place ! Wonderful attentive and professional staff - everything was perfect - It’s close enough to Ubud action - however it’s a short trip far enough away from the hustle and bustle… I had the deluxe suite with valley room - it was perfect for my needs - loved it . Breakfasts are very good - and the pool is lovely … I would love to stay here again.

LOCATION - 3.5 stars Location not really walkable to main Monkey Forest area. Grab drivers had hard time finding it as tucked down the small alleyway. Peaceful though as less busy which is what we wanted. The property advertises there is free shuttle service, but that is FALSE and they still haven't updated their websites. The street location had few places to eat or shop though so just know you'll need to walk 20-30 minutes or take a grab to have more choices. SERVICE - 5 stars The staff and people at the Villa were incredibly friendly and nice. They responded to everything immediately. ROOM - 4 stars Our villa was good size and with character. The room was a bit dark though, and the A/C was only in the main bedroom itself while common room were fan only. A couple items in the bathroom were broken but they fixed it when alerted. VILLA - 4 stars The villa pool overlooked the jungle and was nice. Property is not too large, but each villa was pretty private. Breakfast was good and they delivered to the room or eat in the common area. There was a choice between Indonesian or American style. OVERALL - 4 stars Nice solid property, friendly people, good value while slightly inconvient

Put simply, D’Legon is the perfect location to stay in Ubud! The hotel itself is run with meticulous attention to detail, the most friendly service and every requirement is catered for. We stayed in the Jungle View Villa, and it really was that! Sat in a private area of the grounds, facing into a jungle gorge, it was a spotlessly clean, well appointed and so so comfortable. A private infinity pool, a comfy cabana, private sunbathing area and a lovely deck were available solely for our use. The Villa itself had a comfy lounge and dining area, a kitchen and the most romantic and comfy bedroom. A huge bathroom with walk in shower and individual wash basins rounded off the excellent facilities. We chose to go with breakfast included and we were not disappointed. A wide selection of traditional dishes, freshly prepared every morning, with heaps of fruit and fresh juices! I had Mie Goreng everyday and it was simply exceptional! On the local area, the staff could not be more helpful. Great advice and the opportunity to book tours as needed - although we chose to do much of our own touring on scooter - which was provided hassle free by the hotel! All in, I cannot recommend this place enough! I have travelled all over the world and have rarely seen such friendly and dedicated service - I will genuinely miss the team at D’Legon!

This is a stunning place away from the hustle and bustle of Ubud yet within walking distance of some lovely cafes. The staff here are so lovely and friendly as it’s a family run business. If you have a room without a private pool there is a communal one : when we were there no one was using it. There is a very cool common lounge where you can order delicious home cooked meals ( like have a private butler service!). You feel like you are in a private home which is very special. My only fault would be that the bedding was a bit tired and our sofa/day bed had quite a few stains and was a bit shabby ( we didn’t want to use it) Also our TV didn’t work but they tried to fix it. Didn’t really need a TV though, it’s a shame about the sheets and daybed stains - I imagine they are recovering from the Covid days. Besides that I would still recommend this beautiful place, the price point is very good.

The hotel is located in a very quiet and peaceful setting far from the noise of cars and scooters. However going to Ubud downtown was very easy, either if you rent a scooter or with the hotel shuttle service who was very friendly and flexible. The staff here is professional and very respectful. You can choose between different kinds of breakfast (traditional Indonesian, continental breakfast, etc.)

My partner and I stayed in August. The property is about a 5 minute drive out from the centre of Ubud, but I think too far to walk on the narrow roads. There are a couple of restaurants in the area. Our villa was huge, and well equipped and clean. The service was excellent, and we had a nice breakfast each day. We enjoyed our stay.
