A little far from the center of Ubud, the vila has a beautiful environment. The hotel has a shuttle bus to the city center from 11am to 7:30pm, with shuttle buses in between. The parking lot is about ten minutes' walk from the Ubud Palace, which is a little inconvenient to walk on a hot day. The hotel offers a la carte breakfast, which is exquisite, but the price is more than 90 RMB per person including tax, which is a little high. You must order a meal-inclusive package when checking in. The hotel spa environment is very good, but all hotel consumption is subject to an additional 21% tax and service fee. You can consider staying if you have enough time. The hotel staff are very good and the service is five-star.

We stayed in garden view villa without private pool. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel has 2 pools, but they weren’t very clean. Izolation of villa was terrible. We could hear everything from another villa. There wasn’t difference between being outside or inside. The floor was dirty. For us, the biggest problem was quality of sleep. We couldn’t sleep because of noises from outside. Villas with private pool looked better, bug they were already booked.

A genuinely beautiful place, surrounded by rice paddies and sitting alongside a roaring creek and waterfall. The villa I stayed in was impeccable and beautiful with, floor to ceiling windows looking out on the rice paddies, a small balcony, and a front porch. It had a sitting area and a desk for working. Internet was very good. The small restaurant on site serves food all day, but I only recommend the breakfast. I also had a massage in their spectacular outdoor treatment room. The staff were especially helpful. It is about 15 minutes outside of Ubud but there is a reliable, scheduled shuttle service From 10 am to 10:30 pm. Overall a very beautiful experience.

This resort is tucked in the hills of Ubud, great room (Villa) with private pool - quiet ＞＞＞＞ staff warm and friendly. Breakfast cooked to order with a great homemade herbal tea. Great thing- NO TV!! They have come out of COVID with grace!

A hotel nestled in the heart of the lush tropical forest, above a waterfall: a true paradise! We are isolated, outside of time and the world in this magical place. Everything is luxury, calm and voluptuousness. The rooms are sumptuous, a dream private swimming pool, splendid communal swimming pools, and the service is perfect, caring, adorable. Nothing to complain about, it's faultless and a place where you can relax...indefinitely!

Suara Air is a paradise surrounded by nature, surrounded by rice fields, vegetation and just minutes from the center of Ubud. Their villas have all the comforts and are very spacious and luxurious.
