Location - average. Quiet with a cafe and 3 to 4 local stalls selling local good food within walking distance.
Villa acceptable condition. Pool water a bit cloudy some of the taps not really working. WiFi, very weak but still able to surf but slow. Aircond not cold.
Staffs very helpful and friendly.
For the price to paid during off peak season, can't compare much.

The Swimiming pool not so nice, water not so clean. Service is good, I do have my welcome drinks. Facilities is good with TV, aircon, bathtub..But the bathtub is old and not clean. The toilet flush not so strong.

Our stay at this villa was absolutely wonderful! The villa itself is beautiful, well-maintained, and offers a perfect blend of comfort and luxury. The staff was incredibly professional, always attentive, and made sure everything was spotless and in order. We also had the pleasure of meeting the manager, who was extremely helpful and accommodating, ensuring our stay was smooth and enjoyable. Okay - immediately cancelled booking with Agoda upon arrival . Not what it appears in photos . Manager at desk didn’t disagree and we were both on the phone getting our money refunded . Sorry for not getting photos, but trust me when I say stay away until it’s renovated and fixed up

The state of the private villas is very poor (rusty tap, cracked floor, broken doors, stained toilet seat, stained curtains, stained mattress). The state of the entire hotel is even worse (green water in the main pool, broken sun deck, broken pathways, dog poo, bags of cement at every corner). We were supposed to stay four nights but checked out after the second one and were not refunded our money of course. The private villas are infested with mosquitoes. The breakfast is really poor and not even included in the price. Stray animals hanging around the villa. The general vibe makes you feel like you are staying in an abandoned construction site. The only pros are the staff trying their best to hide the misery and the quietness of the location. The worse is probably that we paid three times the price we paid in 2019…
