The floor was extremely slippery. Three of the six of us fell, and one of them even broke. The hotel had no feedback except that they were sorry. Truly a great find. Our plane got delayed and had to find a place quickly. A short 20 min ride from the airport and we were met by the friendliest staff. We were upgraded to a huge three bed villa which is amazing. Such an unexpected great way to finish a holiday.

Superb from start to finish. 4 bedroom Vila with huge pool, immaculately clean and tidy with great quality beds and linen. Nothing is too mush trouble for any of the staff who are all superb. Great complex over road with several good restaurants. Would definitely make an effort to come back here

We booked a villa for two nights but we actually had a late flight the second revenging . So we don’t know if it was because of this but we were upgraded to a four bedroom upon arrival. I’ve genuinely never seen in anything like it our jaws nearly hit the floor. It was absolutely huge and stunning in every aspect. The Balinese are the nicest people I’ve came across anyway and it was no different here. The friendliness and service were second to none. I was given a WhatsApp prior to arrival and Oka went out of her way to see to any request. We had not only a floating breakfast but a floating lunch which were both amazing. When we return to Bali. We’ll be back for sure. We literally couldn’t fault a single thing. A massage on the day bed is a must. It was heaven.

Superb villa, aging in some installations (sockets, taps without mixers, air conditioning that did not work), very very well equipped kitchen both in equipment and number (cutlery, glasses, etc.). In the morning the staff comes to prepare breakfast for you at the villa chosen the day before (dishes and times), fresh and very generous breakfasts. Very nice and discreet staff. The big black point of this villa is that it is stuck to a school so every morning at 7am on the loudspeakers a man speaks loudly then it sings and this until around 8am so it is impossible to rest, after you have the noise of the students the bells it is really a shame because the villas are very beautiful there is a shopping center opposite where there are restaurants and a different singer every evening until around 10pm, you can hear the singing from the villas
