This place has sooo much potential but lacking in maintenance. Before I run my list of issues I’ll say I love the location and quite area , the space is good but :
1. We had a baby and asked for a crib - the one provided was not clean and had dried puke on the rail ( and cleaning staff wasn’t able to clean properly
2. Weird white mold growing in the bathroom
3. Doors don’t close all the way leave space for bugs to come in
4. AC units were weak
5. tV was broken ( but that was quickly fixed )
6. No rack in the shower for soap / shampoo so had to place things on the toilet while showering
7. Some better furniture options and tweaks could make this place much better especially for families

The location is perfect, the staff is very attentive, we needed a fan and they brought it to us right away, we needed a few more kitchen utensils and more plugs, the sheets and towels are changed every two days, but in general I would stay here again if I go to Canggu!

I previously stayed at the Canggu Apartments 3 years ago. We had a nice time then. We arrived at the apartment again yesterday. It has deteriorated a lot. There has not been any maintenance in the past 3 years and then it expires. Firstly, there is a lot of noise pollution from the construction work next to the houses. In addition, the beds are old and the springs are showing through. Are the pillows not nice? The bathroom is very dirty and poorly maintained! The bathroom door also cannot be closed, causing insects to fly in. Luckily we were allowed to check out earlier and we paid for 1 night. When checking out, we had to agree to a no-show so we could not post a review on ***********. This is how they keep their scores high, of course. Not fair and not a pleasant stay! We paid 240 euros for 3 nights, so the price-quality ratio is not good.
