The villa was huge, but unfortunately, the whole property is aged. Chipped furniture, sparse and not very well maintained lamdscape. We were most disappointed with the common pool. It was beyond use. Dirty and not maintained. We thought we could use it on Nyepi day while housekeeping was tidying the room but we were so wrong.
Perhaps the management can look into upgrading some of the furniture and the maintenance of the property.
To be fair, the linen and sheets were clean. This resort is not for fussy n nit picking travellers. It's not spotless clean. Also, there was an oil burner beside the bathtub. For 3 nights, we were hoping that the housekeepers would replace the already used tea candle (when we arrived) and perhaps leave a bottle of essence for us, but they didn't :(. Hence, I'm not sure what the oil burner was for if there was no tea candle, match nor essence.
Breakfast was not great, but was sufficient.
Massage was good.
Staff were helpful and friendly.
We also appreciate their effort by the staff in decorating the room to celebrate my husband's birthday.
There's shuttle service to placed around seminyak was good.

I like the vibe of this villa. Breakfast is very yummy and the service is very good👍👍👍Had a really good time with my families here! The only regret is that when we checked in, the front desk did not inform us that the hotel provides free shuttle service to few places.

The villa is in a great location, tucked away in a quiet part of Seminyak, which we really appreciated. However, the property itself could use some updates. The bathrooms, in particular, are in need of renovation, and the pool area needs a fence—especially for families with young children. We had an incident where my baby and nanny slipped and fell into the pool because the surrounding floor was too slippery, which was concerning. On a positive note, the staff were incredibly helpful and quickly installed a fence after we brought it up. Overall, the service was excellent, but the villa could benefit from some improvements to make it safer and more comfortable.
