Air conditioner is leaking , and we ask to change another room, they said full occupancy, but when we check with application still many rooms to order, we move to the different hotel because no response when we complain. 5 rooms we rent only 1 we stay , the others move to another hotel.

A medium sized hotel with all expected amenities. Good sized room and bathroom well equipped but little dated. Great breakfast, lovely pool and fantastic TV staff. Well served by taxis that are required to access local sights. Only 25 mins drive to airport

We stayed in the two bedroom villa. It was comfortable and clean with a private pool as a bonus. The breakfast was just okay , nothing to rave about. The staff were really friendly and helpful. You definitely need a car when visiting the hotel for sightseeing. Overall a pleasant and peaceful stay. Close driving distance from Jimbaran beach where you can have lovely seafood.
