All the advantages of this place is its proximity to the beach. The lobby and courtyard are still in good condition. But the rooms... Not only have they not been renovated in a very long time, they don't see cleaning that often. Cleaned only when changing guests. The filled wastebasket stood for three days (on the open terrace, the staff saw), until they asked to clean it, no one touched it. Towels have not been changed for five days never, bed linen, respectively, too. The rooms smell of damp. All I liked was a huge double bed and comfortable mattress with pillows.
