Great location. Hotel needs updating and rooms need revamp compared to the hotels next door.
Breakfast could be better, as very limited variety eg. no salmon or pork or traditional Indonesia dishes for breakfast. Egg station was excellent. Service in room and breakfast was great. Helpful and friendly staff.
Beach lounges and pool area was good. Gardens are beautiful. Overall a pleasant stay.

It has a beautiful Balinese garden and pools. Unfortunately, we couldn't find sun lounges during our stay, all fully occupied. It's so busy with guests, it's a ridiculous and stressful experience trying to relax beside the pools.
Tv in the premier room is so old, even three-star hotels in Kuta have better LED TV's than this hotel, definitely not a five-star hotel.
The breakfast was average, a four-star hotel like Discovery KARTIKA PLAZA in Kuta has much better breakfast than this one.
We won't go back.

The room was clean and spacious, with a nice garden view. The hotel has 4 restaurants and the food was very delicious in each of them. We are very happy from our stay there.

Nice and relaxing getaway outside the city a few steps away from the beach.
The staff is amazing.
The amenities are nice. Rooms are a bit dated but all in all very nice.
It ticks all the boxes to relax and unwind.
