Food is average 👌… 🍳
Service is okay 👌… 🛎️ - had to wait a while for being accompanied to the room. had to call twice for hairdryer! ☹️- took over 20 minutes to get it to the room.
Cleanliness is not okay ☹️…. 🧼- tumbler had stains and not clean.
Amenities is average 👌… 🧴- no hair conditioner is included. only one international charging point. hot water in the filter didn’t work… I tried.
Overall, average experience. I personally don’t think it was great or value for money. The rooms seem old.

Paid AUD250/night for a family room of a couple and a child. Been to Bali several times and this is one of the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed . The bathroom does not meet the minimum standards for stay. The first day after checked in, there is a pool of water in the bathroom due to leaks. Sink was backed up and extremely dirty so we requested a change. The changed room did not have the backed up sink and water leaks but is just as dirty and terrible. Walls has powdery stuff oozing out on its grout and lots of mould. The review I found prior to booking was not a true reflection!

The nicest hotel I've stayed in. Staff are absolutely wonderful. The pool is enormous and absolutely amazing. Rooms are large and clean. Small balcony and a day bed come with the room, too. The hotel grounds are well shaded and look like a tropical paradise. While Kuta has gone downhill over the years, 10/10, I would stay here again just to be located inside this resort.

One of the best hotel for this trip in Bali. Clean and spacious room with everything you need even if you forgot your toiletries . Strongly recommend Lumbung Suites for couple. Strategic location with easy access to Jalan Kartika Plaza and Jalan Pantai Kuta. 2 routes to the airport and your driver can pick the better route during peak hour unlike staying at Jalan Pantai Kuta which is an ultra busy and one way street. However the signatures dishes from Gabah Restaurant is very big portion where 2 pax should be enough for 3-4 people unless you have very big stomach and strong digestive system. I am considered big stomach and my partner and me unable to finish the food. Good afternoon tea and also enjoying my premier league at the bar.

As it was the holiday season, I am not able to check in early. However, I booked the Junior suite, the room is spacious and comfortable. Location is good too! The food from the hotel restaurant is affordable and delicious.

The hotel staff were very friendly, and the environment was great. However:
1. The soundproofing in the room was terrible. Being next to the elevator, I could clearly hear guests talking as they exited, and it continued all night.
2. The family room was close to the road, and due to the poor soundproofing, I couldn’t sleep all night because of the motorcycle noises.
3. During my 4-night stay, there was no shampoo in the bathroom, and it wasn’t replenished. The shower gel was placed by the sink, while the hand soap was in the shower. There was used tissue paper on the floor, and even after housekeeping saw it, they didn’t clean it up. Absolutely ridiculous—I’m definitely not staying here again.
