Lovely hotel in a quiet location but not to far to walk to the beach or shops and bars. Nice breakfast and really amazing staff that made the stay special. Will definitely stay again.

Hotel was not as modern as expected. Renovation started on the staircase leading to 2nd floor the next day after I checked in. Had a walk up and down a steep slope. Location wasn't great. Not really what I expected.

The hotel stated it was renovated in 2024, and this is misleading.
Understand from the staff, the hotel was actually resumed operations in 2024 after momentarily closed during covid.
The walk to the beach is via a quiet backlane and will not recommend for family.
The location is a little off the centre of activities in Seminyak.

Towels were old. Hair blower broken. Staff were nice. Room was neat and spacious, even of it’s not that new anymore. Location of the hotel is conveniently located near center of Seminyak. There was a free shuttle service going to Seminyak Square and Petitenget beach. Overall experience was good.

Our stay at the hotel was truly wonderful. The reception was friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable. Housekeeping was excellent and service was prompt. The location is great and close to everything. We just hope the breakfast can be improved in the future. Overall, it was a lovely experience and I definitely recommend this hotel.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Four Points Hotel, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations in every way! The entire experience was flawless, thanks to the outstanding staff.
The staff were truly amazing, from the kitchen team to the room service crew. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort.
Special mention to Manager Divya, who demonstrated exceptional professionalism in resolving a minor issue we encountered. Her expertise and courtesy were impressive, and she's truly a credit to the hotel.
Adhi, too, was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home.
I'm sad to leave this wonderful hotel, but I'll always cherish the memories. If you're looking for a top-notch stay, look no further than Four Points!
Thank you to the entire team for an unforgettable experience!
