I’ve been staying in this hotel whenever I stay in Denpasar, Bali. Room is clean. I enjoyed the food as it is halal. I’ve tried their express laundry service and was pleased with the service.
Worth every penny staying in this hotel.
The staff was very friendly and nice, which was why I felt bad when we decided to checkout within an hour after arrival due to sanitary issues 🥺
They even offered to move us to another room, which I very much appreciate, but we didn’t think it would make a difference because it wasn’t just about the smell but the overall hygiene of the room
There are 2 hotels around this neighbourhood that Ive tried. Harris and Aston.
I must say Harris offers a much better experience.
The staffs are equally friendly and very polite as many of the locals are.
It is the environment of the hotel that stands out. It is bright, spacious and vibrant that resonates to make you feel energetic and you dont feel these eerie feelings when you stay there.
I have frequented this hotel for every time I was in Bali but had tried Aston a couple of times and I have decided that it is much better to stay at Harris the next time around.
Car parking is also much easier. There is a nearby convenience store with ATM and there is a small warung that sells very good nasi goreng near the traffic light.
See you again, soon.

Check in was smooth. Staffs were friendly.
Hotel is huge, they have 3 blocks. I got the far end of the block which was a little bit away from the reception and the restaurants and the open space for smoking.
In 2 circumstances, i walked up to the room and the door card could not work. This happened in 2 different nights. I had to walk down and got it reset, but the staffs didnt bother to apologise for this. The first time it happened I was okay, but the second time it happened, I got pissed off, because it was a long walk from the room to the reception.
If you order food delivery, it will be a long walk to take your food at the reception.
If you got the rooms at the reception level, I'm sure it will be a great experience like the first time I was there in the Junior Suite, but this time it was not as pleasant.
Thumbs up though for the housekeeping, as the found out I had many shirts lying on the sofa, they brought a small clothes rack and hung my shirts.
Shockingly, Poor Initial Room, Improved, But Still Lacking
Our stay at Azana Boutique Hotel was a mixed experience. The initial room that was assigned was in a deplorable state. Mould was visible in multiple areas, the drain under the faucet was leaking, and the bed linens were visibly dirty. To add to the distress, the room was infested with ants and spider webs, creating an unsanitary and unsettling environment. It was truly shocking that such a room was offered to guests.
Thankfully, the staff were responsive to our complaints and promptly moved us to a significantly better room the following day. However, the initial experience left a lasting negative impression on our stay.
The Superior King Room, even after the upgrade, lacked essential amenities like a refrigerator, safe, and microwave. The absence of an ice machine on the premises was also inconvenient.
Furthermore, the lobby restroom was consistently unclean. The floors were always wet, likely due to inadequate cleaning procedures, creating a hazardous and unhygienic environment for guests.
Overall: While the upgraded room was a considerable improvement, the initial room was unacceptable, and the lack of basic amenities in the Superior King Room were significant drawbacks.
Recommendation: I strongly advise potential guests to inquire in detail about room conditions and amenities before booking at Azana Boutique Hotel.
I hope this more detailed review is helpful!
A clean place in the middle of a dirty area. The pathway towards this coliving is not well maintained and very dusty. Took a walk to a convenient store and my shoes were fill with dirt and dust. Has a smart TV but the WiFi can’t support during peak hour when everybody is in house. Tap is too short whereby washing hands are difficult without touching the sink.

The hotel room was okay, and the location was right opposite a mall but had to cross a huge road to access the mall. The room we had was facing the road at the back of the hotel, which had traffic jams frequently, so there was a lot of noise from the road which disturbed our sleep and rest. There weren't some basic amenities provide as well such as toothbrush and hand soap. Initially, we had issues with the aircon in our room, but after informing the front desk, they sent a technician to fix the issue. The hotel staff we encountered were also nice and we could store our luggage at the from desk.
However, the breakfast was a no go, there were flies everywhere around the food. The food also ran out fast even though we arrived very early, and there were barely any refills. Plates, utensils, and cups were also not clean and oily. It feels like they were very understaffed.

Booked a Superior room which is the cheapest type. The hotel lobby was nice and service is friendly. Room was quite basic for the price range but clean. It didn't have nice view and the aircon system was noisy. Location wise, not much around but the Seminyak area is close by car.
Lovely pool and resto area for this price range. There are other nicer room types which have a pool view and even direct access. I recommend booking room categories other than the cheapest type.
I didn't try the breakfast so can't comment.

The first night we arrived, the room was not well prepared. Many mosquitoes and room feels humid, no tooth brush, and floor was dusty.
Breakfast was ok, not many to choose.
Service was good, after feedback to the reception, the room was better cleaned for subsequent stays.
The staff is friendly and rude if asked for help.. I like it, I want to stay there again next time, thank you 🙏

Amazing
GGuest UserWe absolutely loved our stay at Andaz! The room was incredibly spacious and beautifully decorated with tasteful, stylish touches. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, making us feel so welcome. The kids’ club activities were a highlight—our baby boy had a blast! The food was delicious, with every dish impressing us. We’re already looking forward to our next visit!

Great
GGuest UserThe room itself (109) was wonderful; I felt right at home. It had a large, comfortable bed, a small sofa, an office chair, and a smart TV. The kitchen is basic, but it's good for storing things and washing fruit. The shower always has hot water. The air conditioning is decent. The internet connection dropped occasionally, but it was fast enough for me to work.
The location is near a very noisy highway that's difficult to cross. It's noisy until 1 a.m., but it's not far from the beach. There's a convenience store 30 meters away, although it's not shown on maps. There's a decent laundromat about 200 meters away.
Staff: Only one guy was friendly and helpful. The others weren't very friendly. They didn't help with rolling our suitcases to the room, although it's kind of rude not to help a woman with heavy items.

Very Good
EElviraA great villa for a large family holiday, very spacious and beautiful interior.
Excellent location, to the sea and cafes very close to go, there is a embankment.
Daily fast and clean cleaning, even the pool is cleaned once every 3 days!! (It is always clean, and big, very nice there to swim).
Mega benevolent and responsive staff! They cover all the minus even!)) exactly once again would have returned to this villa!
Still super jacuzzi on the second floor, a lot of greens and in general everything is beautiful!
From the downside the note (not for the purpose of criticism, but for the purpose of review to improve):
- a lot of mosquitoes (we bought in every fumiguator rod, there are a penny in the nearest store)
”There was no soap, only shampoo and gel for the soul (yet note that on the 2nd floor of the villa there was no hygienic soul or ershika, which was a little uncomfortable..), but after the request the soap was given, However, it was kind of not soap but a tool for washing dishes 😅 by the way it was in the kitchen! And the sponge was that very convenient.
In general, it is very recommended to stop here!

WWei LoongI recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. While it's not near any major attractions, the location turned out to be a big plus for me — it's tucked away in a peaceful, quiet area, offering a relaxing atmosphere without the crowds.
The room was spotless, bright, and incredibly comfortable. I really appreciated the attention to cleanliness, and the natural light streaming in made the space feel airy and inviting. It was a perfect place to unwind after a day of exploring the area.
The food at the hotel was another highlight. The restaurant offers a range of delicious dishes at very affordable prices. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the meals — everything I tried was both flavorful and well-presented, making dining in a real treat.
Overall, if you're looking for a peaceful retreat with great food and comfortable accommodations, this hotel is definitely worth considering. It may not be in the heart of the action, but for a relaxing stay, it's ideal.
