Quiet place if you want to chill, the only downside was according to google they serve dinner sadly they only got breakfast :) Room is big enough for 2

The impressions were mixed, the hotel has a very good location, it is close to the sea, but to get there by a short route - you have to walk through unpleasant narrow streets and squeeze between buildings, if a bike starts to go towards you, then you have to go back or squeeze into the wall - this is very inconvenient. We also tried to get to the beach by bike, and there was a paid access, if you are on transport - this does not apply to the hotel, but in general, it looks like nonsense. The hotel itself looks very stylish, and the interiors are good. However, the room has poor soundproofing. The bathroom is also inconvenient, as it lacks privacy. Not only is it covered with glass instead of a solid door, but it also allows a lot of sound to pass through. At 3 a.m., a rooster started crowing in the private sector near the hotel. The crowing was extremely loud, and it sounded as if the rooster was in the same room as us. I couldn't get enough sleep because of this, and my entire experience was ruined. On the positive side, the hotel offers a delicious and well-executed breakfast. The room we stayed in had two air conditioners, which made it easy to adjust the temperature. The staff was friendly and the service was excellent. However, soundproofing and a good night's sleep are crucial for me, so I don't think I'll be returning.

The Ammara is a nice and chilled hotel close to Legian beach. They provide free teas and coffees. The pool is nice to relax in and the hotel does the job for a central stay.

Very clean and comfortable stay at Kuta Beach Hotel. Nice rooftop restaurant with pool & sun loungers. Good buffet style breakfast with omelets made fresh to order. The ” Standard room ” facilities were excellent with hot shower, refrigerator, tea/coffee making facilities, bottled water and spotlessly clean bedding. There was also a security safe in the room. The ducted aircon worked very well. I would highly recommend staying here again.

From the reception staff to the concierge, waiters, and housekeeping, everyone was incredibly helpful and made us feel welcomed. I would rate the service 5/5 without hesitation. However, I regret to inform you that our experience was marred by an unfortunate issue. After our second night, we encountered a bed bug infestation in our room, which was a significant concern. This experience left us disappointed, as it impacted what otherwise would have been a perfect stay. I kindly request that you pay closer attention to room cleanliness, especially regarding the bedding. While minor issues like the occasional roach can be expected due to the local humidity, bed bugs represent a serious concern that can tarnish the reputation of an otherwise beautiful property. As a family who also runs a chain of hotels in Malaysia, I understand the importance of maintaining high standards of cleanliness, particularly when it comes to pests. I’m sharing this feedback not to criticize, but because I truly care about the hospitality industry and want to see it continue to grow and improve everywhere. I believe that Hotel Neo Jelantik has a lot of potential and is a beautiful property with a unique and classy design. However, addressing this issue of cleanliness, particularly regarding bed bugs, will be essential to ensure that the hotel can maintain its reputation as a top-tier destination in Kuta, Bali. Plus : - Swimming pool bagus utk kids - Ada Free ; Coffee/tea/juice/snack di resto ketika malam, jarang ada property yg begini. - Ada dispenser air panas/ dingin di setiap floor - Buffet breakfast sangat bervariasi Minus : - Di aplikasi ”Kids 0-8 YO free for stay”, pas check in ehhh kena charge 50 rb / person. - Table di resto sangat kurang jumlahnya ketika breakfast pd datang barengan (8-9am) - Car park sangat sempit jd mobil bisa diparkir di tempat/ bangunan sebelah deh Overall bagus, semua staff sangat ramah & profesional dlm bidangnya

Decent value a few hundred meters from the beach with hair drier and kettle if requested. The Indonesian breakfast packet ordered varied from day to day and service was great!

Location is perfect for me Room is clean The bed is huge and comfortable TV is great Spacious built in shelf and table However shower water pressure slightly lacking Overall the value is top notch. Amazing sate or satay right beside the hotel entrance And good bakso at the exit.
