I stay here at least once every time I come to Bali! They always remember you when you come back. The hotel feels like home. Excellent breakfast with enough variety that everyone can find something to suit their tastes. Great central location for traveling to different areas around Bali as well. Two thumbs up!

The room has enough space for two. Comfortable enough. Kettler, coffee maker, iron provided in the room. But nothing special. My room’s view is trash (literally trash), so I closed the curtain all the time. I don’t like the bathroom layout that looks more like budget hotels to save space. My door lock was damaged and I was too lazy to call them since I only stayed one night. I brought a sciccor in my luggage and they didn’t let me bring it in the room (they checked by x-ray). Breakfast was ok, nothing special. Location is good, 800meters only to Beachwalk.

Our stay for one night was very good thanks to the staff super welcoming. The breakfast is simply awesome (multiple cuisines). The service at the beach is good as well. We got the chance to do a late checkout due to our late flight (still useful). The only negative point was the garden view which not really a nice garden view. Our room number was 4115. In any case, we recommend this hotel.

We enjoyed our stay. The staff were very attentive and friendly and the room was pretty. Some parts of room were run down and the jacuzzi could have been cleaner but overall we were satisfied with our stay. I'd recommend blinds for the bathroom patio door. It was so bright in the morning it was hard to sleep and better A/C as room was very hot. Thank you again

Entertainment & Activities: The hotel boasts facilities such as an infinity pool, gym, and library, all accessible to guests for free. Arriving at the hotel I immediately smelled the mould. The hotel is beautiful but smells. We were kindly received at the door, they picked up our luggage, and served us a welcome drink while we did the check in. I started to sneeze and my nose clogged so I explained I was allergic to dust and I would like a room with more sunlight and wind. When we entered the room the musty smell was unbearable. I immediately complained and they promptly found another room without carpets. I believe it was an upgrade. They also sent us an apology card with fruits and chocolates. Unfortunately, the new room was still smelly, not as smelly as the first one, but we accepted as we were super tired and didn’t want to wait any longer. Here are my pros and cons: Pros: Shower pressure was fantastic Breakfast was great, they had options like avocado toast, salmon bagel, burritos, and a variety of international options Bed was comfortable Swimming pool Temperature was perfect and the bar very convenient with great drinks Beach is clean and not crowded Sunset is beautiful The restaurants had a good environment and good food. A bit pricey, but overall worth it. Cons: Mould. This is actually the only reason I wouldn’t go back to this hotel. The smell is in the room and the entrance mainly. The rest of the areas are okay. This hotel was built in 1993, so I have to say that if it wasn’t for that, the hotel would be in amazing condition. Service by the pool was very slow, my husband tried to get a beer first thing when he arrived and only after calling the waiter twice they brought him the beer, but it was room temperature! 😞 Coconut water and beer were not cold, they actually offered ice, but it just made it watery and tasteless. Bike rental can only be used inside the hotel, and they don’t tell you that when you rent it. I tried to go out to cycle in the surrounding area and they didn’t allow me to go. After complaining, the charged me half price for the rent. I only used inside the hotel and at the beach in front of the hotel. Concierge service was very slow and inefficient. He didn’t have packages to offer, photos, or videos. Everything was searched on Google right in front of us. The only option given was a private driver that could take us anywhere we wanted to go. The problem is that we didn’t know the places, so we were expecting a better introduction to the island and the activities. We ended up doing our own research and hiring the driver. Transfer from hotel to airport costs 430,000 RP, but if you get a grab (similar to Uber/Didi) it will cost you less than 80,000 RP. Overall, the hotel is a good option if you can tolerate the smell. That’s the only reason I wouldn’t recommend it. Otherwise it was a great stay for the price.

Everything was good. Staff exceptionally friendly. Especially Ari was perfect for the job. Initially, I had a problem with check-in as they couldn't find my information. Ari resolved the issue nicely by upgrading our room first and fixed their problem back end. I really miss Ari as a result. Highly recommended.

Have a great stay here. The hotel is clean, the staffs are friendly; but as Bali is habitats island, so still will have some insects and leaves in the room sometimes. It’s acceptable. Very convenient location. It’s not as crowded as Canggu beach area but not too far from there. Grab only took around 5-10 mins to those spots.

Phenomenal way to describe this hotel establishment.. such tranquil and great beach vibes to the whole experience and atmosphere… the great and personalised service from the front desk staff Mr Ahadi and Miss Listya for absolutely warmth and passion (special shoutout to them!) .. The hotel room villa is great, with sea view of pantai keramas . It’s cleaned, meticulously detailed with amenities for stay use and the villas’s pool is quite large enough for swim laps. Other hotel facilities like the gym, spa, art gallery and library are an added gems! The breaks is very good also.. there is nothing much to complain about except for the shared public beach areas is a bit dirty littered with trash washed by the strong waves of the sea of Bali. Komaneka , definitely a class of its own! Superb and will come back in future!

The hospitality of the lady, Tata, was wonderful. Thanks to her, it was an unforgettable trip. The interior of the hotel was spiritual and modern and elegant. If you come to this hotel, you can forget about your everyday life. I felt like a bourgeois. I was satisfied with all the resort's ratings. I will back.
