1 point for the front desk. I went to see the room and was taken to the 3rd floor. It hadn't been cleaned for a long time. Then I was ready to leave because it was too dirty. The front desk said they would give me a free suite upgrade. On the 5th floor, very clean. I was checked in directly. I wanted to cancel the order. None of them work. Then I went to the 5th floor and found that it was still a standard room. Not a suite. Actually, I didn't want to take advantage. But you actively deceive people. That's really abominable! ! I have never commented before. This is the first time I have encountered such a liar front desk.

Look at the high ratings. The elderly in my family have poor legs and feet, and the picture on the platform only shows one staircase (there are actually eight), so I chose this place. After entering, you have to climb four steps in the lobby before taking the elevator to the room. . . . (I don't understand the point of the barrier-free passage at the door) We booked two rooms, one had torn sheets, and the other had the worst soundproofing. There was no air conditioning in the room so we had to open the window. There was DJ music and singing outside until 12 o'clock, and even closing the window couldn't stop it. The bed was shaking like an earthquake, and it was useless to wear headphones and cover myself with a quilt. I was tired from driving and wanted to rest early nearby, but then this happened. I wanted to call the service desk, but the landline in the room was also broken. One microphone didn't work, and the other was simply broken... It couldn't be worse!

房間隔音效果非常差，半夜2點多還不停地有吵鬧的聲音，重重關門的聲音，幾乎一夜沒睡。馬桶發黃，洗手枱擦了都是黃色污漬。不推薦入住。
