Decepcionante, atendimento ruim, desorganizados no serviço de quarto, a camareira deixava de trocar as toalhas e também deixava os lençóis e toalhas embolados e sujos largados no quarto. O atendimento do café da manhã foi totalmente ineficiente, faltava tudo desde xícara até manteiga, não estão preparados para atender o hotel em sua capacidade máxima. Também o hotel é repleto de avisos de proibições com aplicação de multa e isso dá uma sensação péssima. Realmente você não se sente à vontade num lugar assim! Inclusive eu paguei a reserva por 4 noites e acabei indo embora um dia antes porque nem eu e nem a minha família estávamos gostando de ficar ali.
