Have Stayed in this hotel for 2 Nights. Everything was fantabulous have liked the hospitality alot. Especial thanks to Mr Saurabh and his entire team for the F&B services. Will be coming again and again to this place. Chef were also so ccoperative. Good place for stay and relaxation

Mann Taniya rohit done very good job excellent service provided by Saura hotel team.we had breakfast dinner at the spice so lovely we enjoyed a lot. Room very good check in was so smooth room service also very good and the location of the hotel also

It's not a first time when I am visiting this hotel but I am very old customer of Ramada itself. About food I would like to day that the quality of food is good however you Can increase some more items into it as the person who don't want intake high calories, he don't have much options rest everything is fine. Hispatality is also good specially Tanya madam is very helpful to the guests.

Akbar’s sweets prepared for the dinnner were great. It was very tasty, divers and unuall. Full of colours like bied in India. Indian food is specil unless very spicy, hot but tastey. We are really like it. The stuff in the restaurant were nice. Fully recommended.

Great hospitality Saura hotel agra. Dining area staff excellent service given by Mr.Mann and team exceeded expectations, assistance, support, etc. Most of the options available in food were also great. Thank you for everything.great location

We only stayed for 1 night during our Golden Triangle trip so didn't spend a great deal of time here, but the time we did was nice. Food was good, lots of choice and good quality. The only downside was the restaurant was in full view of the lobby and where people check in, so a bit exposed and not very private. Plenty of tables though and well laid out. Room was spacious enough for the 3 of us, and had some nice smelling toiletries and a good shower. I thought the pool area was stunning, plenty of places to sit in the sun, pool looked almost like an infinity pool, upbeat music in the background giving good holiday vibes. Great facilities. The bar area seemed nice, fairly quiet but sadly didn't get to spend long in there or enjoy the rest of the amenities - pool table etc as my husband was a bit unwell cutting the night early. The only downside for me was after we'd checked out and waiting for our bus, I was approached by a member of staff I'd never met before, asking me to leave her a review on Google making sure to mention her name. Despite asking for a bit of space, she hovered over me watching what I was typing, wanting to read it when I finished and telling me to post it. Just felt a bit random and a little unprofessional from a 5 star hotel. Even more so due to the fact I didn't even know who this person was. Aside from that, my husband found the place a little corporate but ok, I quite liked the place and it's at the top end of my favourite hotels we stayed in India.

Our large group enjoyed our two night stay here whilst visiting Agra. We were met with a welcoming drink whilst our room keys were sorted out. Our room was spacious and included tea/coffee, safe, toiletries and free wifi. We had a gorgeous view from our window, although we couldn't quite make out the Taj Mahal. We were on a full board basis and our buffet style meals were of exceptional quality, regrettably though the service could be a little slow at times. There is a cake stand outside of the restaurant that sells huge portions at reasonable prices. We didn't have enough time to enjoy the swimming pool, although we did manage a few drinks at the poolside bar. Just outside the hotel there are a couple of stands selling refreshments and also a bakery/cake shop. All in all a very enjoyable stay.

The restaurant is clean and have a lot variants of foods with delicious taste. At 7 march 2025, for dinner we have rajisthan food and overall it was delicious. We also request some chocolate ice cream. Actually they didnt serve it, but they are so nice to provide it to us. Very kind and polite staffs
