Banda Aceh Hotels with Gym

Great location & reasonable rate..new hotel(2017),clean and smell good. Good bed,pillows,shower,hair&body shampoo, coffee tea & bottled water. Friendly staff-receptionist,restaurant,housekeeping staff. Nice selection of breakfast. Very nearby with pizzahut (on the right), KFC and other shop.

It is a hotel that is clean, has good breakfast, and is above average. The location is not bad in the city. The staff are very friendly. The problem is that Banda Aceh is a city where there is not much to do.

The hotel service is very average. The room type has been taken off the shelves before the hotel has been renewed. If you buy one at the same or higher price, you will not be exchanged.

It is used in business. I booked for the first 1 night and after the stay, I stayed for a total of 4 nights. Locationally convenient. The room I first used smelled like a dove, but the room I moved to was completely fine.

Last minute booking this hotel after arrived at Banda Aceh on 22 Nov 2023. Price is reasonable. We received room number 333 and unfortunately the wifi connection was too bad. No connection inside room and we need to go down to lobby only able to get connected. Inform receiption and received reply nothing can be done. After dinner I did complain again to another receiption staff and he response very well by help us to change another room to 355 which is connection Wifi was extremely very good. Also help us to carry our luggage. He was so helpful and very good staff. Overall amenities was ok. Highly recommended for Muslim guest.

The rooms are spacious, but some old. This was particularly good in the bathroom. Breaked ticks, bathroom furniture broken in different places, old coloured toilet glasses. The beds were good and it was not listening. There were sticks in the lakens (which were clean and washed). Nice indoor garden. Breakfast was good. The dinner was very priced and much was not available, which required a new choice several times. ATM for the door. Then it was found that our card was not accepted by the machine, we were brought to another ATM by one of the managers. Top service thus!
