This is my fourth times checked in here. Love the ambients and surrounding. The pool so huge. No strict rules to use the pool. Love

The hotel is generally great. We stayed for 2 nights here. The pool is marvellous and the family had a lot of fun.
There is a pond with beautiful fishes.
Some things to improve:
1. The tv was not functioning the first time we entered the room. Had to call for room service and wait for them to come.
2. The hotel charges RM5+ for another towel in the room. Been to plenty other hotels, we were never charged for that.
3. There are no indoor slippers.

Stay was good. Massage at the spa was great value. Amenities were really good. Bed had a cockroach in it, so could cleaned better.

I was staying with my family during this trip, overall the experience during the stay was good.
1. The cleanliness of the facilities was great.
2. The hotel do have few restaurants to choose from to eat for convenience.
3. There are lacking of amenities provided which suggest to provide cotton slippers for guest because elderly may feels abit too cold on their feet when stepping on tile floor surface in air conditioned room.

Room was spacious and clean. However the room was not cold enough probably due to the ac system not working properly. Food was great although the variety could have been improved. Hotel was very well kept. Would’ve been a really good stay if the ac was working properly.

My fav hotel..pool sgt besar and best utk family..cuma time check out dah jadi pkl 11am.but still can ask staff to checkout around 11.30
