This hotel is an old one. The room that we stayed was just fine. The bathroom, especially the rose shower need to be replace urgently because it will breaks anytime soon. It's a walking distance to reach the city centre. At the ground floor there is a cafe selling all kinds of foods and drinks and the price is affordable. Parking here is free and the WiFi connection is superb.

The receptionist was helpful arrange foc hotel transport for us to purchase our meal on the second night (we were unable to purchase our food because most restaurants in Bandar Seri Begawan close at 8.00pm). When we checkout, she offered us for free hotel transport to the airport. Wow, really value for money.

Lovely hotel! I would definitely recommend as a solo female traveler. I felt safe and the hotel staff are so friendly! The do free airport drop off service which is nice and the hotel is in a good location! Close to a morning market and the city center. It is a very walkable city and within 10 minutes you are at the shopping mall or waterfront. The room was clean and tidy and the bottled water and towels were replaced every day. It’s quiet at night and very clean. Internet was good enough for me to work on. Would stay again! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Convenience place to stay with great service from the front desk staffs. Although the facilities all were so old but still functioning well.
