I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Citradream Bandung during my trip to Indonesia, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. The hotel's prime location, just a stone's throw away from Bandung Train Station, earned it a solid 5-star rating in my book. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the spotless cleanliness maintained throughout the premises. The staff were not only friendly but also provided clear instructions and went above and beyond to assist me whenever needed. With excellent value for money and well-provided facilities, this hotel is a true gem for budget travelers.

I've never met such a level of service and courtuosness in my life in the hotels. I was permitted to prolong my stay out of checkout time. They helped me with laundry and were willing to provide any service with the highest level of decency.

The location of the hotel is so convenient, 7 mins drive to Braga street , and 7 mins drive to Bandung train station. The view from the window is amazing, the mountain from far is so beautiful. Thanks to the hotel team that granted our special request of a higher floor room.

This hotel is close to the Bandung train station. The room is clean and spacious. The breakfast provided does not have many choices. The air conditioning works well.

The staff's friendliness is exemplary, garnering another 5 stars for their clear instructions and helpful demeanor. While the value for money is decent for a 2-star hotel, scoring 4 stars, the cleanliness and facilities fall a bit short. With a rating of 3 stars each, the cleanliness could be improved, and the facilities, though simple, are somewhat lacking, especially with WiFi only available in the lobby. Overall, it's a convenient option with friendly service but could benefit from some upgrades.

The location is very strategic, leaving the station directly at the hotel so access to everywhere is very cheap It's just that breakfast doesn't anticipate the number of guests and the availability of food.

Clean and friendly hotel. Good location. But a little far from the city center.

They have several zodiac type of hotel, this one is budget friendly, and near mall amd train station. Right beside of the hotel, there is a famous halal chicken noodle that you have to que to get the slot eating there. The room is standart amd clean, but the amneties only toothbrush and tooth paste. And the hairdryer is good, fast to dry long hair, the aircond also good

The place is just nice for those who need to stay for a few days and want to explore Bandung.. The location is close to city centre and it is easy to find food.
